To make a worthy yummy omelet, requires patience. How many agree with me? Patience, is like an omelet. You can't rush it. You need the right amount of heat to cook, but, not burn. The inner filling needs to be arranged and heat blended. A level pan, burner or stove will make or break your efforts. To fold the sides of the omelet up too quiclkly, spells run-overs.
